Yes. What we believe is what we become. If we think old, we'll be old. Having a growth mindset is important at any age, but maybe even more so as we get older. Thanks, Janine.

My husband and I are older (I'm 63, he's 75) and live on a sailboat so we stay pretty active. Whenever one of us complains about something we need to do, like go out on deck and fasten a line that's making noise, the other one will say, "it's all part of your active lifestyle!" Putting a positive spin on it helps.
