Yes. What we believe is what we become. If we think old, we'll be old. Having a growth mindset is important at any age, but maybe even more so as we get older. Thanks, Janine.
My husband and I are older (I'm 63, he's 75) and live on a sailboat so we stay pretty active. Whenever one of us complains about something we need to do, like go out on deck and fasten a line that's making noise, the other one will say, "it's all part of your active lifestyle!" Putting a positive spin on it helps.
Mindset is definitely the place to start! If you've given up, there's no room for growth. And you can grow at any age! Those are some great tips, Daria!

Definitely the attitude to have, Jennifer. Living on a sailboat sounds fabulous! What an adventurous way to live!

Wise words as always, Daria, thank you!
