Some definite surprises here for me. I mean, I felt like I was more of a morning type, but I am actually an intermediate. Which I did not realize. Think it’s changed. Thanks.

That was me too, Susie. I do have a flexibility window, but overall, I get up early and go to bed relatively early. And our chronotypes do shift over time. Adolescents tend to be night owls. Then as we get older we tend to shift more to morning types. Thanks for your comment!

Thank you so much! Did you take the quiz I linked to at the end? I found my results interesting. I scored as a moderate morning person.

I think that’s where I fall as well. According to the research, most people are.

Interesting. I guess we all ebb and flow and our chronotype adjusts.

Have always been a "morning person" now in mid 60s. Already follow you energy boosters but thanks for reinforcing what I do!!

Hi Luc! Validation of our chosen path is a wonderful thing! Keep it up.

I've always thought of myself as a morning person too. When I took the quiz, I scored moderate morning. So I think that makes me intermediate, which is the most common chronotype. The quiz I linked to is kind of fun to take and the questions made me think about my timing of things a bit more. If you take it, I'd love to know your chronotype result.
