For me, it’s pictures of me that I find somewhat disconcerting. I think the person that I usually see in the mirror is the way I see myself and the age I feel that I am. The camera never lies. All that said, I earned every crease on my face and neck, so I try to view it through that lens rather than the, “OMG who is that person?” lens.
Gratitude has totally shifted my way of being. I find practicing gratitude opens your heart and gives your day in a more loving and optimistic lens. Thanks for sharing!
