Thank you, Kim! I'm looking forward to a deeper dive on some of these forms of good stress. I like looking at ways certain kinds of stress can be beneficial to compliment and minimize the impacts of distress.

Interesting Daria! I've been intermittent fasting for about 6 or 7 years or so. It helps me keep my eating my in check, especially the late night snacking, which no longer happens.

Thank you, Janine. I think intermittent fasting is great for so many reasons. Keeping eating in check is a big one. I'll be writing about it in more depth in an upcoming post. I love exploring these good stressors and how they can increase healthspan.
