It's barbaric. "They" are aware of how disruptive changing the time back and forth is, and yet continue to do so. I don't care what direction they decide. Do something and stick to it.
I followed a plan a week before the change, and I'm still yucky. Bureaucracy at its finest. Not!

I hold out hope that Congress will finally decide to do something about it. My understanding is that they can't agree on whether to go with standard or daylight saving. I've felt off this week too.
Yes, it really takes a toll. I heard on the news this morning hat there is really a push to get rid of the time change. The problem is, they can’t agree to go with Standard or DST. If we’re waiting for agreement, we’ll probably be waiting for another decade. Health experts agree that Standard is the best for health because of the earlier morning sun to reset our circadian rhythm. Kee up the sleep hygiene and you should start to acclimate soon.
I HATE this time change. Just when I am waking up with light....boom...back to dark. Total BS. It really scews me up. There is literally no reason to keep jerking us around like this.
They’ve talked about eliminating the change and moving to just one time standard for a very long time. I’m not sure it will ever happen, but I’m hopeful it will. Regardless of whether they go Standard or Daylight, I’m with you—let’s stop the back and forth every few months!
