You beat me to it!! I was going to do a piece on music and meditation - not like this but same topic matter. I recently learned that meditation music soothes me and brings my anxiety down... that and while doin art certain music brings me into Zen mode. Interesting points!!

Great minds think alike! I look forward to reading your piece. I was inspired to write it because I was using music to calm and focus myself before my test. It really worked well.

Yes, music really does work. I use it to gain courage, create energy before doing something I don't want to do, and also to calm myself down during stressful moments. Now about meditation; I'm not so sure. Sometimes it makes me more anxious that I started out. I just learned this morning there are major drawbacks to it never mentioned. The kicker is that these major drawbacks are very common... kinda makes you wonder.
