I created the Wellgevity Warrior Newsletter to provide practical wellness and longevity information, research, personal insights, and inspiration for women to live their best lives in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and yes, even after hitting the century mark. Wellgevity Warrior is about empowered aging. It’s about living with joie de vivre, embracing age and wisdom, and having fun.
Who wants to live a long life if they feel like crap? Not me! I’m pretty sure you didn’t raise your hand either.
So, the Wellgevity Warrior Newsletter will focus on simple things we can do to live better longer. Things like exercise and movement, mindfulness and meditation, food (what’s life without great food?), finding joy and purpose, and memorable life experiences.

Why wellgevity? Wellgevity is a combination of the words wellness and longevity. Admittedly, you won’t find it in a dictionary, but it captures the essence and spirit of what getting older can and should be—living a long life and living it well!
Getting older doesn’t have to suck! It’s a gift and an adventure. So, let’s appreciate this gift by feeling good in our bodies, challenging our minds, and raising our spirits.
A Bit About Me
I’m a 63-year-old Wellgevity Warrior who believes that the best is yet to come. I’m passionate about women’s health and wellness, and I want women in their 50s and beyond to live joyful, healthy, and satisfying lives.
I’m also a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, and Senior Fitness Specialist. I’ve been involved in fitness and wellness for over 30 years. For 20 years, I’ve focused on wellness and fitness for older adults. I bring my knowledge and training and my personal journey as an “older” woman to the Wellgevity Warrior Newsletter.
