I don’t just talk about aging well—I live it. I’ve spent decades helping women stay strong, independent, and joyful as they navigate midlife and beyond. Along the way, I’ve gained the expertise—and the personal experience—to know what truly works.

I’ve personally helped countless women reduce joint pain, boost energy, lose stubborn weight, and reclaim their strength—and I’ve lived through these changes myself. Beyond my professional background, I’m just like you—I’m navigating this phase of life, too. I love hiking in the mountains, kayaking, taking walks, reading way too many books, and spending time with my husband and our two geriatric cats.
