Oh yes, that's my problem too. I subscribe to so many Substacks, but they are all so wonderful and I enjoy them so much but sometimes if I am away for a week, there are hundreds when I get back so it takes awhile! I always appreciate your support, bu no hurry to read mine, for sure!
Great tips! I would also add that, in my case, working with young people helps a lot :) I work as a teacher in K9-12, and I really believe those young people keep my younger in my head :)
That's a great point, Gabi! I used to teach, and I know that working with students (grad school) really kept me feeling young. It also kept me more in touch with the popular culture, which I guess is part of it.
